Bhopal: An effective arrangement is being ensured to redress complaints under the Vidhan Sabha Election-2018. The toll free number 1950 of the call centre being functional at the state level is working 24 hours and the complaints are being registered on the National Grievances Services portal. Moreover, daily monitoring is being ensured through contact centres in each district. Complaints being received by the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer are also being digitised and redressed within the time limit.
A separate module of the of the website of the Chief Electoral Officer, Madhya Pradesh has been prepared to maintain the complaints being received from the political parties. The status of the redressal of the complaints can be viewed by all the political parties on this website.
A total of 781 complaints were received from October 6 to 21 and out of these 507 complaints have been redressed.-Window To News
