Vigilance on liquor storehouses and factories through CCTVs

Bhopal: Liquor shops with more than 30 percent sale including 187 country liquor shops and 82 foreign liquor shops in 52 districts of the state have been identified as sensitive liquor shops. The activities of these shops are under constant vigilance and are being continuously monitored. Along with this, 11 distilleries, 7 breweries, 14 foreign liquor plants and 13 bottling plants besides 14 foreign liquor storehouses are being monitored by CCTV cameras. The shops are under surveillance of Armed forces and departmental officials.
Prohibitory action is being taken according to work plan in border meetings for control on sale, illegal storage and transport order to keep check on 130 shops of the state and 84 liquor shops of other states within 3 km radius of inter-state border.-Window To News
