Over 2 lakh 38 thousand handicapped voters registered on Sugamya App

Bhopal: A total of 3 lakh 8 thousand 657 handicapped voters are enrolled in the voter list of Vidhan Sabha Election-2018. Out of which theee are one lakh 98 thousand 991 male and one lakh 9 thousand 666 female handicapped voters in the voter list. Maximum 23 thousand 379 in Jabalpur district and the least 2 thousand 207 in Sheopur handicapped voters are registered in the voter list. A Sugamya App has been prepared by the office of the Chief Electoral Officer. Vehicle facility from home to home and assistant (Matdata Sahayak) to cast vote, if required will be made available for the handicapped voters if they get themselves registered on the Sugamya App. As per the information received, 2 lakh 38 thousand 802 handicapped voters have registered themselves on the app. As many as 55 thousand 435 assistants (Matdata Sahayak) have registered themselves to assist the handicapped voters and 8 thousand 512 vehicles have been registered on Sugamya App for the handicapped voters.-Window To News
