Returning officers to give information of counting to candidates

Bhopal: After counting of votes, all the returning officers will give centre-wise information of the voting centers to the candidates in format-20 and the information will be displayed on the website of the Chief Electoral Officer Madhya Pradesh.
The winning candidate will be declared victorious by the Returning Officer in Format 21-C. After the counting of votes, the election declaration will be announced in Format 21-e, in which all the candidates will get the validated votes, votes in favour of NOTA and the details of the tendered votes. The returning officer will give a certificate of election to the winning candidate in format-22.
Election Commission will issue notification for Assembly formation
After the counting of votes, the results will be declared by the Returning Officers. Draft 21-e election declaration and declaration of 21-C election received from all the assembly constituencies will be sent to the Election Commission of India, New Delhi, with a special carrier, on the basis of which the Election Commission of India will issue notifications related to the formation of new Vidhan Sabha.
Before publication of the notification of new Vidhan Sabha in the Gazette, the Department of Parliamentary Affairs will publish the notification of the dissolution of the present Assembly in the Gazette.-Window To News
