Fertiliser, seed, pesticide sellers association give warm welcome to CM
Bhopal: Chief Minister Kamal Nath said that the state's economy is based on agriculture, hence the agriculture sector must be given the highest priority. The economy of the state will only strengthen after the strengthening of agriculture sector. The role of traders of fertilizers, seeds and pesticides is important in empowering the economy based on agriculture. Even you are not a farmer but you are directly connected to the agriculture sector. In this case, your cooperation is must to strengthen the agricultural sector and make the farmers self-reliant. Sellers should do business, but play their important role also well. Chief Minister Kamal Nath said this at a felicitation ceremony held at the local Karan Hotel meeting hall under the aegis of Fertilizer, Seed, Pesticide Sellers Association, Chhindwara. Chief Minister Nath was given a warm felicitation by the Fertilizer, Seeds and Pesticide Sellers Association.
Chief Minister Nath said that the time has changed now. Today's farmer and his family is aware. We will have to understand their problems and difficulties with the same awareness. The new needs of the agriculture sector will have to be given a new twist with a new vision, new perspectives and new thinking. The prosperity of the younger generation of farmers’ families is also our responsibility. He hoped that the sellers of agricultural inputs play their role well and assured his full support in the discharge of this role.
