Woman and Child Development Minister Imarati Devi assumes charge
Bhopal: Woman and Child Development Minister Imarati Devi took meeting of officials after assuming charge at Mantralaya. She instructed that arrangement should be made to impart training to women at rural level and to girls at block level now under Sashakt Vahini Abhiyan for recruitment in police at.
Imarati Devi said that malnutrition is a serious challenge. Creating awareness in the society is a big responsibility. She said that our efforts should be that pregnant woman should be motivated for nutritious food so that child can be healthy. She said that if mother is malnourished, her child will also be malnourished.
Principal Secretary J.N. Kansortiya apprised of important schemes and activities of the department in the meeting. He shared information about Ladli Laxmi, Udita Yojana, Matra Vandana and Aanganwari. Department officials were present on the occasion.-Window To News
