Directives to withdraw electricity related false court cases
Bhopal: Minister for Energy Priyavrat Singh has informed that directives to initiate necessary action to withdraw false electricity cases related to agriculture and domestic consumers have been given to Managing Directors of Power Distribution Companies. Companies have been told to review and withdraw pending court cases after identifying false cases registered under various sections of Electricity Act-2003 against agriculture and domestic connections at their own level. Moreover, they have been told to inform Energy Department with action in this regard.-Window To News
