Lok Adalat for redressal of revenue cases on February 16

Bhopal: Revenue Lok Adalats will be organised on February 16, 2019 in all the revenue courts for prompt redressal of revenue cases.
According to the instructions given by the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, action will be taken in cases related to Revenue Lok Adalats, undisputed mutation cases, undisputed property distribution, Land Mapping, Demarcation, Diversion, RRC Procurement, recovery of loan papers, lodging of land mortgage cases, land acquittance, research capacity certificate, Nazul cases etc. Simultaneously, the process of supplying copies to the parties, process of execution of the orders passed by the revenue courts will be completed through these Lok Adalats. The orders passed in relation to the cases in the Revenue Public Courts and record updation will be done mandatorily by February 28, 2019.-Window To News
