‘Sabla’ on March 8 and ‘Priyadarshini’ Sabha on November 19 to ensure Women’s Participation

One promise of Rural Development Department’s manifesto fulfilled
Bhopal: Minister for Panchayat and Rural Development Kamleshwar Patel has informed that women’s participation in Gram Sabha will be ensured. ‘Sabla Mahila Sabha’ on International Women’s Day i.e. March 8 and ‘Priyadarshini Mahila Sabha’ on November 19 will be organized in this connection. Patel further informed that one of the promises of the manifesto has been fulfilled by this decision.
It is to be highlighted that the Panchayat and Rural Development Minister has taken a decision to fulfill the promise on the first important file of the department. Directives have been given to the concerned officers to organize Gram Sabhas as per the new order.-Window To News
