School students visit State Museum

Bhopal: School students showed keen interest in seeing archeological articles, things and rare statues displayed in 17 galleries of State Museum, located at Shamla Hills.
Students and teachers of Christ Convent School, Rahli block of Sagar district and Ratanpur High School of Raisen district took detail of heritage of archeological importance on Sunday. Officers of Central Bank of India also visited the state museum.
Commissioner, archeology, Anupam Rajan informed that innovative 'Hamari Virasat' programme was introduced by the department to inform about the things of archeological and historical importance in the state. Entries of school students is free in the programme. Many ancient articles and things have been displayed in 17 galleries in the museum.
