Improve Food Processing Industry Policy: Agriculture Minister Yadav

Bhopal: Minister for Farmers Welfare, Agriculture Development, Horticulture and Food Processing Sachin Yadav reviewed works of Horticulture Department at Kisan Bhavan today. He said that economic development of farmers of the state will be ensured by establishing food processing industries. Yadav gave instructions for improvement in the policy.
Minister Yadav told officers that local youth must be encouraged to set up food processing industries based on agriculture produces, produced in abundance in their area. Establishment of this kind of industries at local level will provide new opportunities of employment at those places. This will also help farmers in improving their financial condition by getting good value of their produces.
Director Horticulture, Satyanand, Managing Director, Mandi Board, Faiz Ahmed Qidwai, Akbar Sher Khan and representatives of Nimrani and Dewas Food Park were present at the meeting.-Window To News
