Governing Body of State Authority formed under Chairmanship of Chief Minister

Bhopal: The State Government has constituted a Governing Body to conduct the activities of Madhya Pradesh Pratikaratmak Van-Ropan Nidhi Prabandhan evam Yojana Pradhikaran (State Authority) under the Chairmanship of the Chief Minister. On the instructions of the Union Government, the State Authority has been formed on September 30, 2018 under the Compensatory Afforestation Fund Act.
Forest Minister, Chief Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary Forest, Principal Secretaries Environment, Finance, Economic Planning and Statistics, Panchayat and Rural Development, Revenue, Agriculture, Tribal Affairs, Science and Technology, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Forest Force and Chief Wild Life Warden have been made Ex Officio Members of the Governing Body.-Window To News
