Soybean and Maize sold by registered 15.69 farmers
Bhopal: Bonus of Rs. 500 per quintal will be given to farmers on selling soybean and maize in mandis by the State Government under the Flat Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana/Krishak Samriddhi Yojana. This scheme will become effective till January 19, 2019 for the registered farmers. Under the scheme, 22.47 lakh MT soybean and 17.70 lakh MT maize have been sold by 12 lakh one thousand and 3 lakh 68 thousand farmers respectively till date.
Under the scheme, a provision has been made to give bonus amount on selling soybean and maize by the registered farmers in mandis upto the productivity limit.
District Collectors have been instructed that minute verification and proper arrangement to maintain all the record of sale of soybean and maize in mandis by the registered farmers should be made. After this only, data should be uploaded on the portal. Under the scheme, after ensuring the survey and verification only, amount of sale upto the productivity limit of eligible farmers should be calculated. After this, a proposal for necessary amount according to the calculation should be sent to the Directorate of Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development.-Window To News
