Last date for Backward Class Post-Metric Scholarship applications extended to March 31`

Bhopal: The state government has extended the last date for filling the online scholarship application forms on the portal to March 31, 2019 so that students can avail benefits of Backward Class Post Metric Scholarship within the prescribed time limit. Students who have not filled their applications for scholarship online have been told to fill it mandatorily as per rules and eligibility in this period.
The Backward Class and Minority Welfare Department has issued directives in this connection to all the assistant directors and officers in charge. All educational institutions have been told to ensure receipt of applications of the eligible students mandatorily and also ensure the approval and distribution of the scholarships as per rules and eligibility.-Window To News
