CM Kamal Nath served food to children
Bhopal: The Chief Minister Kamal Nath attended special mid-day meal organised on the occasion of the Republic Day at the Primary and Middle School of Sarra in Chhindwara. He served food to the children and extended good wishes to them on the occasion.
CM Nath told children that India has glorious history. Country got freedom after sacrifice, devotion and struggle of the freedom fighters and after that democracy restored in the country.
Nath said that other countries of the world have learned many things from the constitution of India. Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar has also special contributions in making constitutions of various countries of the world. Future generation has responsibility to maintain democracy. Children are future of India, hence not only education but it is must to provide them knowledge. He further mentioned that inclusion of culture and values is must in education being given to the children. Values can only preserve and maintain unity of our country and respect towards our society. Nath hoped from the teachers and the concerned officers that they will educate children about the values and extended best wishes for the bright future of the children.
Chief Minister unveils statue of Former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi
The Chief Minister Kamal Nath unveiled statue of the Former Prime Minister of the country Late Indira Gandhi at Priyadarshini Park situated at Chhindwara.
Kamal Nath said that this is the place from which the Former Prime Minister Late Indira Gandhi had sought love and faith from the citizens of Chhindwara. This is also my appeal that I should get your love and trust always like this only.
The Chief Minister stated that after a long struggle we got the freedom. India has got the status of the Biggest Democracy of the world owing to the efforts of Baba Sahab Ambedkar. It is a matter of pride for India. On the occasion of the Republic Day, we all should take pledge that we will work to strengthen Indian democracy. We will not let values contained in the constitution to become weak ever. We all will strengthen constitutions and its institutions.
