Farmer-Welfare and Agriculture Development Department instructs district collectors

Bhopal: Principal Secretary, Farmer-Welfare and Agriculture Development Dr. Rajesh Rajoura has instructed district collectors to register the green, white and pink applications received from the farmers in the gram panchayats online on the portal. Following this, the applications should be maintained gram panchayatwise and the district panchayat wise. All these applications have to be kept safe in the office of Deputy Director, Farmer-Welfare and Agriculture Development, or in the District Collector's office till further orders.

District collectors have been told that each Nodal Officer, Gram Panchayat should maintain the gram panchayat wise number of green, white and pink applications submitted in the district office mandatorily in a register. The Principal Secretary has instructed to carry out this work on priority.

It may be noted that the information of aadhar-seeded loan accounts in the green list and information of non-aadhar seeded accounts as per bank records is being displayed in the white list from January 15 to February 5, 2019, under Jai Kisan Crop Loan Waiver Scheme in the state. Pink application forms of farmers whose names are not in both the lists, are also being received in the gram panchayats on presentation of claims and objection over faulty information in the list. The green, white and pink application forms are being uploaded on the portal of Jai Kisan Crop Loan Waiver Scheme in the gram panchayats.

E.I.D number can be used in application
Principal Secretary Dr. Rajoura told the district collectors that the farmers who do not have an aadhar card can register for the card under Jai Kisam Crop Loan Waiver Scheme. In addition farmers should be informed that the E.I.D (Enrolment Identification) number given on registration can be used while filling the application forms.

It may be noted that the work of making aadhar cards by U.I.D.A.I is in progress. The list of authorized banks and post offices in each district is available on the website. MPSEDC has provided the facility of aadhar card supply to the collectors through bio metric machine in all districts of the state. District collectors have been given instructions to get all beneficiaries without aadhar-card registered soon and begin the process of making their cards.-Window To News
