One employee suspended, doctor served notice
Bhopal: Labour Minister Mahendra Singh Sisodia today conducted a surpise inspection of the Employees State Insurance Hospital in Sonagiri. Expressing his anger over the mismanagement in the hospital, he ordered suspension of an employee and told to serve show cause notice to a doctor.
Minister Sisodia said that better health facilities will be provided in all the hospitals run by the State Insurance Employees Corporation in the state for all the workers working in organized sectors. He expressed displeasure over the slow progress of renovation works costing Rs 2.8 crore. He instructed to put up mosquito nets on doors and windows in all the wards mandatorily. He issued instructions for the appointment of a radiologist soon so that water cooler could be installed and the sonography machine in the hospital premises could be restarted. Hospital Superintendent Dr. Satyavati Hemandri was directed to send demand for ward boy and other vacant posts.
The Labour Minister went around the OPD, store room, kitchen shed, surgical ward, eye medical ward, Female Ward etc. in the hospital. He discussed about the arrangements and treatment being given in the hospital from the patients admitted in the wards. Expressing deep dissatisfaction over the mismanagement in the kitchen, the Labour Minister suspended Kitchen in charge Vineet Wilson with immediate effect and a show cause notice was served to In-charge doctor Dr. C.M. Kesri. He directed the employees of Central Public Works Department to get the renovation work completed fast and told them to present their report within the coming 10 days.
Inspection of M.P Bhavan evam Anya Sannirman Karmakar Mandal
Labour Minister Mahendra Singh Sisodia inspected the office of the M.P. Bhavan evam Anya Sannirman Karmakar Mandal. He sought information in connection with the schemes and programmes being run by the Mandal from the Secretary S. S. Dixit.
Sisodia said that all schemes and programmes run by the Board should be conducted effectively. He discussed about the problems and work process with the employees.-Window To News
