Annual conference of MLB College concludes
Bhopal: Higher Education Minister Jitu Patwari today inaugurated the annual Sneha Sammelan at Government Maharani Laxmi Bai Girls Postgraduate College. Patwari said that where there are daughters, there is economic prosperity and well-being. He said that daughters are the strengths, who are moving ahead and winning acclaim.
Minister Patwari said that the plan is to develop 200 colleges of the state as ideal colleges in the coming one and half years. He said that M.L.B. College has been awarded “A” grade certificate by NAC. A provision of Rs 20 crores has been made in the World Bank Project for this college. With this, the college will be equipped with modern laboratory, classroom with e-board etc. Apart from this CCTV cameras will be installed so that 80 percent attendance of both the students and the professors will be ensured. Minister Patwari directed to restart Hindi Literature, Sociology, Urdu and Botany subjects in the college on students’ demand.
New Vigyan Bhavan dedicated
Higher Education Minister Jitu Patwari dedicated the new Vigyan Bhavan built in Government Maharani Laxmi Bai Girls Post Graduate College premises. Patwari reviewed the exhibition based on Mahatma Gandhi organized at the college.
