CS Mohanty reviews ongoing activities through video conferencing
Bhopal: Chief Secretary S.R. Mohanty said that certificate distribution activities under the Jai Kisan Fasal Rin Maafi Yojana will start from February 22. This process will be completed within a week. All the programmes related to loan waiver will be held at tahsil level also. Chief Minister Kamal Nath will also participate in the tahsil level programmes. Mohanty was addressing the Commissioners and Collectors through video conferencing. The Yuva Swabhiman Yojana, Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and other ongoing activities were reviewed during the video conference.
CS Mohanty said that the state is going to complete major scheme like loan waiver within two months. We have succeeded to face this challenge with the cooperation and team spirit of banks, cooperative societies and employees. The Principal Secretary Famers Welfare and Principal Secretary Cooperative also gave methodical directives for execution of the scheme.
Yuva Swabhiman Yojana- Training in urban bodies from February 21
In connection to the Yuva Swabhiman Yojana, it was informed that registration begun from February 12 under the scheme, being started with an objective to provide 100 days employment in a year to unemployed youth of the age group 21 to 30 years. A total of 14 thousand youth have got themselves registered under the scheme. Ten day training will be started by the urban bodies from February 21. A process of training will start in skill development centers from March 6. A monitoring committee comprising 3 members will be formed in each ward of the urban bodies. Remuneration to the trainee youth will be given on March 22. For this minimum 70 percent attendance at skill development centers and minimum 33 percent attendance during the working days of the urban bodies is mandatory.
Mohanty also gave instructions that payment will be made to youth under the scheme on fulfilling qualifications and required attendance. He also gave directives to ensure proper arrangement for electricity supply, drinking water in the coming days besides redressal of revenue cases, compliance of the election commission’s instructions and for maintaining constant law and order system, sensitiveness and activeness. He said that the Collectors and Commissioners must take decisions at their won level in connection to the works of their respective areas.
The Principal Secretary Farmers Welfare Rajesh Rajoura, Principal Secretary Home and Transport Malay Shrivastava, Principal Secretary Cooperative Ajit Keshri, Principal Secretary Labour, Technical Education and Skill Development Pramod Agrawal along with other officers were present during the video conference.-Window To News
