CM Nath after Cabinet meeting in Jabalpur
Bhopal: Chief Minister Kamal Nath said in Jabalpur today that the neglected history of Mahakaushal and Jabalpur will be transformed in the form of a developed area. I am making efforts in this direction. The Chief Minister was talking to the press after taking the first meeting of Cabinet in Jabalpur. He briefed the press about the important decisions and actions taken by the new government in 53 days.
Farming to be seen in new perspective to increase purchasing power of farmers
Giving information about the Jai Kisan Loan Waiver Scheme, Chief Minister Nath said that out of 53 lakh farmers, about 50 lakh 60 thousand farmers have submitted applications for loan waiver so far. The process of payment under the loan waiver scheme will begin from February 22 in the bank accounts of eligible farmers. Farmers will be given a citation also along with loan waiver. Nath said that till March 2, loans of 25 lakh farmers will be waived.
The Chief Minister said that to increase the purchasing power of farmers, farming will have to be seen with a new perspective. Giving information about the schemes announced by the new government, Kamal Nath also reiterated the government's commitment to fulfill the points of the manifesto. The Chief Minister also gave information regarding the formation of a new policy to promote tourism in Madhya Pradesh. He told about the investment meeting being held in Bhopal on February 19, to promote investments in state.
Nath said that the new government will perform better in the coming years through improved management.-Window To News
