Simhastha Has Influenced Entire World : CM Chouhan

CM Chouhan Gives Away Simhastha Seva Samman to 174 Persons 
Narmada Seva Yatries also Honoured 

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan distributed the Simhastha Seva Samman awards at his residence today. He honoured total 174 persons including political leaders and officers for Simhastha works on the stage. He presented medals to all of them.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the Simhastha event has left and indelible imprint on the entire world. It is appreciated all over, the credit of which goes to political leaders and all small and big officers and employees. They have given their best performance and contribution in whatever responsibility they were entrusted with.

He said that the Simhastha-2016 was an amazing event in which eight crore devotees participated compared to an estimated five crore devotees. The event was magnificent and outstanding. He mentioned the various challenged faced in organizing the event. The event was a huge success owing to the best performance of each and every member of the team. Mentioning the natural calamity during the event, he said that it was indeed astonishing that the arrangements were rearranged at a fast pace. The structure of basic facilities created in Ujjain is amazing. He said that social acceptance of good work is a must. This programme was organized only to highlight the government’s gesture.

Narmada Seva Yatries also Honoured

The Chief Minister said that people connected to the Narmada Seva Yatra will also be honoured. He also stressed on the need to honour the best performers of various departments. He called upon the state team to continue working with the same dedication to make the state the best in the world.

Urban Administration Development and Housing Minister Smt. Maya Singh said that the world saw a unique confluence of service, dedication, faith and religion in Simhastha 2016. When the state’s head assists as a worker, then even calamities can be overcome which is apparent from the success of Simhastha. He congratulated all those honoured on the occasion.

Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Gopal Bhargav, Energy Minister Paras Jain, Public Works Minister Rampal Singh, Simhastha Central committe Chairman Makhan Singh, Divakar Natu, Chief Secretary B.P. Singh and former Chief Secretary Antony de Sa was also present on the occasion.-WTN
