Adopt New Work Procedure with Moral Values and New Changes

DGP Shukla Inaugurates Basic Training Programme  

Bhopal: Director General Police Rishi Kumar Shukla told the newly appointed officers to adopt new work procedures with moral values and new changes to avoid hinderance in condcuting adminstrative functions. Shukla was inaugurating the training programme of officers selected by Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission for different departments at R.C.V.P. Noronha Administration Academy as Chief Guest today.

Shukla mentioned that officers should mould themselves as per the changes coming in society, whether it is in information and technology, infrastructure and communication field so that they can work with new technique and new method. He suggested to include these subjects in the training module.

Presiding over the function Principal Secretary Comercial Taxes Manoj Shrivastava said that several changes are happening in the present era. Intervention of new experiments and new techniques is increasing day by day. These should be used in a positive manner. He further said that it is must to understand the nuances of GST and other economic changes because they have important role in development.

Director Academy Manish Rastogi informed that newly appointed 113 trainee officers are participating in the basic training programme. These include officers of police, commercial taxes, cooperative and other departments. Moreover he said that officers will be informed about role and responsibilties of executive, legislature and judiciary in economic, social, and administrative system of Madhya Pradesh during the seven weeks training programme. Beside the training on subjects like administrative financial management, I.T. and soft skills will be imparted.-WTN
