Former CS de Sa at Feedback and Learning Session in State Election Commission
Bhopal :It is important to look impartial along with being impartial in the election process. Former Chief Secretary and Chairman, Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority Antony de Sa said these words at the 'Panchayat Evam Nagariya Nirvachan: Feedback evam Seekh' session on the 23rd Foundation Day of the State Election Commission.
de Sa said that the Commission has made noteworthy changes in its working procedure in the last three years. He said that the methods of tackling challenges during the election in the session should be shared. This will reap benefits in the next elections.
Commission's Slogan is –Prepare, Prepare and Prepare
Commissioner, State Election Commission R. Parshuram said that the Commission's slogan is –Prepare, Prepare and Prepare. He gave series wise details of the challenges and events of the panchayat and urban unit elections of 2014-15. He said that this phase was the most difficult phase of my job. Parshuram said that he always paid attention to the training and inspired the staff as a result of which the election process could be completed successfully.
Deputy Secretary Deepak Saxena informed about the successful use of EVMs, photo-identity cards, distribution of voters-slip and information technology in the local elections in the year 2014-15 for the first time. He also gave information about the faults in the EVMs and the efforts made to repair it.
Participants in the open forum gave suggestions like not voting in polling centres, linking aadhar number with voter list, incorporating election process in Class 10th curriculum and raising facilities for voters at the polling centres.

de Sa and Parshuram felicitated officials for their outstanding work during the elections. Among those felicitated on the occasion included the then Collector Vidisha M.B. Ojha, the then Collector Morena Smt. Shilpa Gupta, the then Deputy District Election Officer Rewa Nagendra Mishra, Collector Sehore Sudam Khande, Collector Harda ikant Banot, Deputy District Election Officer Ujjain Rajnish Shrivastav, the then Deputy District Election Officer Morena Pankaj Sharma, the then Deputy District Election Officer Sagar Smt. Archana Solanki, Additional Collector Shajapur Smt. Meenakshi Singh, the then Deputy District Election Officer Shajapur Hindu Singh Chudawat, the then Returning Officer Bhedaghat Nagar Parishad Raja Singh Parihar, Deputy District Election Officer Sehore Rajkumar Khatri, Additional Collector Neemuch Vinay Kumar Dhoka, Returning Officer Nagar Palika, Mandideep Rajesh, Additional Collector Ashoknagar A.K. Chandil, Deputy District Election Officer Harda P.K. Pandey, District Election Officer Dhar Jitendra Singh Chouhan and Deputy District Election Officer Mandla Jameel Khan.
