Online Domestic, Non-Domestic Electricity Connections in 16 Districts

Bhopal: Electricity connections will be made available to 16 districts of Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Gwalior and Chambal division under Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company jurisdiction. Consumers of the areas will be given low-tension online connections in the next fortnight. If you have a new house or have purchased a shop you may now apply for low-tension electricity connections online. The Company's I.T. Department will soon complete its preparations in this connection.
Very soon the online applicants will be given the facility of getting their money for the new connections deposited in cash, credit or debit card or through net-banking.
The Company has started its 'Sankalp Online Seva' for the new connections to high-tension consumers through which more than 318 connections have been given so far. Similarly, applications for new connections in Mukhya Mantri Sthayi Krishi Pump Yojana are being made. So far more than 20,000 online applications of Krishi Sankalp have been obtained. After a fortnight, low-tension new connections will be easily available any day.
How to Apply?
• You can apply for online connections on company website.
• You can also apply online through registered contractors under the 'Contractor Management System' of the Company or at the Common Service Centre of Government of India, City Zone, Distribution Centre or M.P. Online kiosk.
• You can also apply either by self or with the help of officials of the company at the City Zone, Rural Distribution Centre.
Appeal to New Entrepreneurs
New entrepreneurs who wish to link up with the work of giving new connections have been appealed to present their applications to obtain the work of giving the new connections to the company.
