Take all efforts for curbing copying in examinations

Chief Secretary issues directives in Parakh video conference  

Bhopal: Chief Secretary Basant Pratap Singh, in Parakh video conference, said that all preparations should be made for high school and higher secondary examinations. All efforts should be made for curbing copying at examination centres. Sensitive and hyper sensitive examination centres should be identified. Police force should be deployed as per requirement.

Secretary, school education, Smt Deepti Gaur Mukharjee informed that 11.56 lakh students in high school and 7.13 lakh students in higher secondary standards are appearing in the examinations this year.

The chief secretary said that volunteers will visit schools in 'Mil Banche Madhya Pradesh' programme on February 18. The Chief Secretary issued instructions to set up control room at district and block level to district collectors.

Chief Secretary Singh underlined a need to work more for achieving target in Aadhar your identity campaign. Reviewing wheat procurement process, the Chief Secretary said that possibility of procurement is more this year than the last year. Preparations should be made accordingly.

Principal Secretary, Food and Civil Supplies KC Gupta said that 404 go-downs are to be made at procurement centres by selecting places in godown-level procurement centre. Wheat procurement period - from March 27 to May 27 for Indore, Bhopal, Ujjain and Narmadapuram divisions and April 3 to May 31 for rest divisions - has been fixed.

 Additional Chief Secretary, Energy, Iqbal Singh Bains said that action should be taken against those who are involved in electric cable theft and taking illegal connections.

 Additional Chief Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development, Radheshyam Julania said that achieving additional target under Prime Minister Housing Scheme should be ensured. Ineligible persons name should be deleted. Special Gram Sabha should be held for this.

Principal Secretary, Social Justice, VK Batham informed about the need for special attention on linking Aadhar number with pension portal.

Secretary to Chief Minister, Hariranjan Rao informed that CM Helpline and MP Samadhan portal have been integrated. Both can be seen on a single dashboard.

Total 207 services of 28 departments are included under Public Service Guarantee Act so far. Soon, 31 more services will be notified.-WTN
