Now Public Services From “M.P. Mobile Project”

Bhopal: Taking a giant step towards digitizing governance, the Madhya Pradesh government has introduced 'MP Mobile Project' to deliver quick and transparent public services anywhere and anytime. The project provides digital services to citizens through mobile which is being implemented by MAP I.T.
To avail the services citizens need to download a mobile app “M.P. Mobile” through which services provided by different departments can be availed. Currently this app is available in Android, Windows and IOS mobiles. Citizens can also obtain the services through web application www.mpmobile.gov.in on their mobile.

Those who do not have access to smartphones can also avail USSD facilities by dialing just one code. Currently by dialing *18#, any service can be obtained on basic phones.

169 Services on M.P Mobile

Currently 169 services are available on M.P. Mobile. The process of linking other services provided by different departments is on. Services of Board of Secondary Education, PEB, DTI M.P Counselling, Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission, C.M. Helpline, different universities, Transport, Labour, Housing Board, Forest and Cooperative Department are linked to M.P Mobile.-WTN
