Girls Sanskrit School to be opened up in State

School education minister in a meeting of Maharishi Patanjali Sanskrit Sansthan Parishad
Bhopal: School Education Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah issued instructions in recently held meeting to open girls Sanskrit school. He instructed for publicity of Sanskrit, upgradation of Jiwaji Observatory of Ujjain and Government Yoga Training Centre in meeting of Maharishi Patanjali Vidya Parishad.
School education minister asked Sanskrit Sansthan to make special efforts for imparting training of pundit to women and girls. A proposal for renewal of 14 new Sanskrit schools, 154 old Sanskrit schools, colleges and non-government schools was also approved in the meeting. He asked to hold regular inspection of these institutions. It was decided in the meeting that website of Maharishi Patanjali Sansthan Sanstha, www.mpss.nic.in will be prepared. It was also decided that a proposal will be sent to State Government for appointing scholars and pundits in government temples, Maths and temple trusts through Sanskrit Sansthan. Instructions were issued in the meeting to make examination centres for Sanskrit examination at block level also.
Decision was taken to award meritorious students of Sanskrit’s Uttara Madhyama of class X and XII, taken by MP Board of Secondary Education in Sanskrit. School education minister Kunwar Vijay Shah instructed to hold seven day camps in each district for informing common public about astronomical observatory, astronomy, astrology and Vastu Vidya.-WTN
