Opportunity to Establish Industries besides Employment by Livelihood Mission

Bhopal: Minister for Industries Rajendra Shukl said that besides irrigation, several employment schemes are included in the Livelihood Mission. He said that this will help in increasing income of the people living below the poverty line and they will get opportunity to establish industries. Shukl was dedicating the Skill Development and Training Center at village Lohi of Rewa district.

Shukl termed the inauguration of mission’s training center as praise worthy effort. He said that boundary wall of training center will be constructed with public participation. Moreover, persons linked with livelihood mission will be insured under the scheme of Union Government, he added.

Minister Shukl inspected activities related to manufacturing of clothes by handlooms, incense sticks by automatic machine, soap, washing powder, teddy bear and pots of cow dung in the training center. Informing about the State Rural Livelihood Mission, Collector has said that manufacturing of incense sticks and pots of cow dung has been started in the center.-WTN
