Pay Attention on Quality with Skill Development
Bhopal: Attention must be paid on quality beside Skill Development. Quality should be such that trained youths must absorbed in employment immediately. Minister of State for Technical Education and Skill Development (Independent Charge), School Education and Labour Mr. Deepak Joshi said this in the “National Skill Qualifications Framework' workshop.
Mr. Joshi said that suggestions from the Principals of I.T.Is. should be taken as regard to the quality. He further said that these kinds of workshops should be organized in future also.
Director Skill Development Mr. Sanjeev Singh informed that NSQF is a national framework. It has an objective to integrate the general and professional level of education and training. Framework determines qualifications at 10 levels. Level one is basic and 10 is the advance level of the framework. After the implementation of NSQF, there will be an integration between professional education, skill training, general education, technical education and job markets. This will provide identity to skillfulness at the international level.
Officers of School Education, Rural Livelihood Mission and Tribal Welfare were present in the workshop.-WTN
