Meeting of advisory committee of backward class and minority welfare held

Bhopal: Meeting of departmental advisory committee of Other Backward and Minority Welfare Department was held in Vidhansabha premises today. Minister of State for Other Backward and Minority Welfare (independent charge) Smt Lalita Yadav chaired it. The members recommended to implement rate of state scholarship and post metric scholarship for other backward class as par scheduled caste and scheduled tribe students, to open 16 pre-examination training centres at divisional headquarters for preparations of different examinations for these class candidates and increase seats in boys hostel and all girl metric hostels at divisional headquarters in the meeting.

MLA Mr. Mathuralal Damre, Secretary Backward Class and Minority Welfare Mr. Ramesh Thete, Commissioner Backward Class and Minority Welfare Smt Urmil Mishra were present in the meeting.-WTN
