Governor Tandon displays solidarity with people of the country

Encourages vital service providers by ringing bells and blowing conch shells 
 
Bhopal 22 March 2020: Governor Lalji Tandon thanked people who are rendering essential services during the global crisis of Corona virus, alongwith the countrymen demonstrating his integrity with the countrymen. He expressed his gratitude to them by blowing conch shell and ringing bells at the main gate of Raj Bhavan. On this occasion, various employees including sanitation workers of Raj Bhavan accompanied the Governor by ringing bells, blowing conch shells, Jhanjh, manjira, bugles, tapping thalis and clapping in unison.

Governor  Tandon said that in the last two months, doctors, nurses, hospital staff, sanitation workers, airlines staff, government employees, policemen, media workers, people connected with railways, bus-auto rickshaw facilities, millions of home delivery workers have been relentlessly providing essential services regardless of their own safety and health. In the present circumstances, these services cannot be considered normal because they themselves are at risk of getting infected. Despite this, these people are doing their duty, serving others. They stand in the midst of Corona pandemic and us like protectors. The country is grateful to him.

Governor Tandon expressed his gratitude to such people by standing at the main gate of Raj Bhavan for five minutes and encourage them. Window to News
