Bhopal 1 April 2020: The Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that negligence of any kind will not be tolerated in Corona management. In this time of crisis, along with providing essential medical assistance to the people, it should also be ensured that their daily needs be fulfilled. The material required for the protection from the disease and treatment should be made available in adequate quantity in all the districts of the state. Lack or delay in arrangement will not be pardoned. The Chief Minister has instructed for the removal of the Health Commissioner Prateek Hajela for neglignece of duty.
The Chief Minister Chouhan has directed that there should be no delay in tests anywhere. The Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains has informed that at present Corona Test Kits in sufficient quantity are available in the state. Kits are being sent to all the districts as per the requirement. As of today, our testing capacity is 480, which will be 500 per day in the next two to three days. There is adequate arrangement for masks, oxygen cylinders etc. in the state. Currently, 43,000 masks are in stock and the order for 2 lakh masks have been placed.
The Chief Minister has instructed that the random testing of labourers/workers, who have come from outside should be conducted. He said that the Corona test of such persons should also be conducted, who have developed symptoms of cold, cough, fever etc. Window to News
