Meeting of Cabinet Committee Made for Implementation of Recommendations Held

Bhopal: Meeting of Cabinet Sub Committee to review implementation of recommendations received during Manthan-2014 held at Mantralaya. It may be mentioned that the committee has been constituted with an objective for better implementation of government schemes and to ensure effective public services regarding Manthan-2014. Minister for Finance Jayant Malayya, Minister for Panchayat and Rural Development Gopal Bhargava, Minister for Food-Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Omprakash Dhurve, Minister for Urban Development and Housing Smt. Maya Singh and Minister of State for General Administration and Narmada Valley Development Lal Singh Arya were present in the meeting.
Deliberations on recommendations related to the concerned departments took place in the meeting. The sub-committee accepted 15 proposals related to expunction. In addition to this, while discussing in detail about transfer of recommendations to other departments, some proposals were transferred to the concerned departments. Moreover, directives to expunge some proposals were issued after considering them unnecessary after discussions by the committee.-WTN
