Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan accompanied by his wife reached Vidisha on Wednesday to take part in the ‘shraddhanjali’ programme of Late Gurucharan Singh. The Chief Minister said at the programme that Late Singh’s life is inspiring. He has taught us how to work hard and reach the top from zero.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that Late ‘Babuji’ was a leading social worker. He was ever ready for development of the district. He set up a small business establishing it at the state level. Encouraging Late Singh’s family, the Chief Minister said that his two sons would take the business that he had started to great heights.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that 500 saplings would be planted in Babuji’s memory on the banks of Ma Narmada during ‘Namami Devi Narmade’ Seva Yatra. Public Works Minister Rampal Singh Rajput, Minister of State for Horticulture Suryaprakash Meena besides people’s representatives, elite citizens and social workers also paid their tributes to Late Gurucharan Singh.-WTN
