Vallabh Bhavan Treasury’s I.F.M.I.S project training concludes

Bhopal: The training of related drawing and disbursement officers of Vallabh Bhavan treasury for the new I.F.M.I.S project was organised at Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Polytechnic College. Over 300 officers/employees took part in the training.
Senior Treasury Officer Smt. Alpana Ojha informed that with the aim of making government withdrawal work transparent, pure, flawless and completely online, the Directorate of Treasury and Accounts Madhya Pradesh Department of Finance has developed Integrated Financial Management Information System (I.F.M.I.S), a new important project. In its first phase, the pilot rollout of the different processes of E.S.S. Pay-Fixation and Payroll Module has to be done. She further said that through the E.S.S (Employee Self Service) module, government servants can now send their leave, advance, G.P.F, D.P.F. profile updation applications online.
Government servants can now send their applications for leave etc through this module from their home and can also check the status of their application.
Live display of preparing a hierarchy for pay fixation and processes of E.S.S, payroll and service matter was shown during the training, based on which the government servant would be able to edit their work on the new software. The process of sending applications for leave on E.S.S. module and its approval was shown live. The process of salary payment through new software and pay fixation process was also shown. The May paid June salary has to be drawn through the new software.
Senior Treasury Officer informed that all the related drawing and disbursement officers would be provided login password from the treasury through which D.D.O would make the login passwords of the employees available and would begin the above module in their office. In case of any problem, it can be redressed on contacting toll free number 18001028244. Information on taking adequate connectivity for the new software was also given during the training. During the training, it was told that one nodal officer has to be appointed in every government office with whom the help desk team would stay constantly connected.-WTN
