Now Motorcycle will be provided on Rent like Cab in State

Bhopal: Now Motorcycle will be provided on rent like cab in the state. Minister for Home and Transport Bhupendra Singh has directed the Transport department to prepare a framework in this regard. Singh informed that in order to provide convenient transport to the citizens and tourists, arrangement to provide motorcycles on rent will be made like cab and auto rickshaw.

Moreover, Singh said that this experiment has become successful and praiseworthy in crowded places at Ujjain during Simhastha -2016. On the same lines, bikers will take citizens in less time with convenience from one place to other in the entire state. This experiment will be seen shortly on ground.

Singh mentioned that this facility will give relief from traffic problems caused by big vehicles on the roads. Permit will be given to I.T. based companies for this. Priority will be given to the companies which provide motorcycle facilities through website or mobile app. Complete vigilance will be maintained in this work. Permit will be given after verification of vehicles and drivers’ documents. He further mentioned that these vehicles will be monitored and controlled through GPS and GPRS. Action will be taken against drivers if they are found under liquor’s influence during driving.-WTN
