M.P. on Fifth Position in Ease of Doing Business
Bhopal: From land allotment to all other legal permissions like environment, building permission, diversion, labour laws, registration, electricity connection etc. have been provided on the web portal of M.P. TRIFAC under the single window system in Madhya Pradesh. Moreover, a new ‘INVEST’ portal is being developed to bring more simplicity in these procedures. All the legal obligations from project establishment would be implemented online in future through this portal.
The union government gathers information on set action plan’s points for reforms in Rules and Acts of the departments under the Ease of Doing Business. Madhya Pradesh has achieved fifth position among all other states of the country under the Ease of Doing Business in the last two years i.e. 2016 and 2015. More reforms in rules are being carried out to facilitate investors, which will improve the category of Madhya Pradesh under the Ease of Doing Business at national level.-WTN
