Over Rs.4000 Crore Revenue Received from Stamp and Registration in State

I.G. Registration and Superintendent Stamps Congratulate
Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh has received over Rs. 4000 in revenue from stamps and registration in the year 2016-17. Inspector General Registration and Superintendent Stamps Shivshekhar Shukla has congratulated all the officers-employees of the department especially all the Deputy Registrars posted in the districts.
Shukla said that services rendered by the officers-employees during the one and half month without any leave are exemplary. He also congratulated the service providers for record revenue earnings. Moreover, `Shukla has also expressed gratitude towards Sampada, Cyber Treasury, SWAN network team to ensure better registration facility conveniently in less time and District Collectors for their guidance.
Computerisation of Registration Process
It may be mentioned that registration process of documents has been computerized in the state. Data related to registration have been brought in the public domain. Also transparency has been made in this under the ease of doing business action plan of the state government. This is a concrete step of the Registration and Stamps department in order to realize the dream of Digital India of the Prime Minister. Right to information of the parties have been strengthened providing information online about public documents.-WTN
