Jan-Sanvad Held at Village Sojni

Bhopal: Narmada Aarti was performed by Sants and yatris besides several villagers on 4th day of ‘Namami Devi Narmade’-Seva yatra in Raisen district at 9.00 a.m. at Ghat Pipariya. Later on, Yatra was accorded grand welcome when it reached village Sojni from Ghat Pipariya.

Information regarding Narmada and environment conservation was given in the Jan-Sanvad programme held at village Sojni. MLA Ramkishan Patel, President State Karmachari Kalyan Samiti and Assistant in charge of seva yatra- Raisen district Rameshchandra Sharma, President Badi Janpad Makrand Singh and other guests appealed to the people to undertake plentiful plantation on the banks of river Narmada and not dispose off waste material in the river. After that yatra proceeded for village Mangrol where Minister for Forest Dr. Gourishankar Shejwar and Minister of State for Technical Education, Skill Development (Independent Charge), School Education and Labour Deepak Joshi will participate in Jan-Sanvad.-WTN
