Bhopal 30 January 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the Yagya of development has started again in Madhya Pradesh. Many plans have been made for the development of the state, more will be made if needed. We will create a prosperous and developed Madhya Pradesh. Today we held a meeting for the development of Sagar. Not only Sagar, development of the entire state will be ensured. Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing a state-level programme organised for the transfer of benefits worth Rs 400 crores by single click to 20 lakh farmers of the state under the Chief Minister Kisan Kalyan Yojana near the sports complex of Sagar. The Chief Minister said that Rs 400-400 crore will be deposited in February and March in accounts of farmers. On this occasion, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan performed bhoomi-pujan and dedicated works of Rs 430 crore.
Public Works, Cottage and Gramodyog Minister Gopal Bhargav, Urban Development and Housing Minister Bhupendra Singh, Revenue and Transport Minister Govind Singh Rajput, Agriculture Minister Kamal Patel, Animal Husbandry Minister Premsingh Patel, MP Raj Bahadur Singh, former MP Laxminarayan Yadav, Sagar MLA Shailendra Jain, Narayavali MLA Pradeep Laria, Bina MLA Mahesh Rai and other public representatives were on stage in the programme.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had started the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and started work of depositing Rs 6 thousand each to farmers’ accounts. The then government did not send the list of farmers to the Centre. Soon after coming to power we sent a list of 78 lakh farmers to the government and it was decided that additional Rs 4 thousand should be added to the accounts of the farmers in two installments. The government has not made any discrimination in despoting money in farmers’ accounts. Whether the farmer has half-acre land or one acre, Rs 10 thousand is being deposited in the accounts of all the farmers in both schemes. in a year. He said that despite financial stringency in the Corona period, Rs 85 thousand crores was deposited the accounts of farmers and other beneficiaries under different schemes. Chouhan said that farmers should not worry. The government will repay the burden of interest on their heads during the loan waiver.
Sambal Yojana is strength of the poor
Chief Minister Chouhan said that Sambal Yojana is the strength of the poor. The previous government discontinued it. We restarted it. Chouhan said that the government will pay the medical-engineering fees of students under Sambal Yojana. The Chief Minister said that an amount of Rs 4 thousand will be deposited in the accounts of pregnant women before delivery and Rs 12 thousand post delivery. The Chief Minister said that under Sambal Yojana, assistance of Rs 2 lakh has been started on natural death and Rs 4 lakh in case of accidental death.
Kanya Vivah Yojana will be started again
The Chief Minister said that the Mukhya Mantri Kanyadaan mass marriage scheme will be started again. Girls are the form of Devi. We start our programmes by performing kanya pujan.
No one should be missed out in Ayushman Yojana
The Chief Minister said that the eligible beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat Yojana are receiving treatment up to Rs 5 lakh. He said that two crore Ayushman cards have been made in the state. If a person is missed out, his cards should also be made.
Within three years, water will be supplied through pipes in every village
The Chief Minister said that within 3 years, water will be supplied from house to house by laying pipelines in every village. Now our women will get relief from fetching water from hand pumps and wells in the village.
Prime Minister enacted law in the
interest of farmers
The Chief Minister said that the Prime Minister has enacted laws in the interest of farmers. He said that the Mandi is not being shut down, inistead Mandi fee has been reduced. Chouhan said that what is the problem if the farmer engages in contract farming. An attempt was made to confuse our farmers. The Chief Minister said that the Prime Minister has done the work of changing the lives of the poor.
No need to visit banks for NOC
The Chief Minister said that such arrangements are being made under good governance that one will have to visit banks for NOC. He told to apply online, NOC will be available online.
Demarcation will be done through mobile device
The Chief Minister said that such arrangements have been made under good governance that now the farmer will get the facility of demarcation through mobile devices. The revenue system has been modernized which is known as RCMS. Now the information of hearing is sent through SMS. The process of transfer, division of land has been simplified and computerized.
Patwari will stay for two days in their halkas
The Chief Minister said that Patwari would stay in their halka for two days a week so that the people do not have to face any problem. It is our responsibility to provide good governance. If the patwari is not found in the halka, then it will be the responsibility of the collector.
Irrigation area is increasing
The Chief Minister said that at present 41 lakh hectares is being irrigated. In the coming days, 65 lakh hectare area will be irrigated. He said that 8 thousand 644 crore irrigation projects are going on in Bundelkhand alone. Giving information about the linking of the Ken-Betwa river, he said that the entire Bundelkhand will be irrigated.
Self-help groups will be empowered
The Chief Minister said that self-help groups will be empowered. The goal is to increase the income of the women. He said that every month Rs 150 crore is being deposited in the accounts of the groups. The women are making school uniforms. Now, they will also make nutritious food for children.
Government is soft like flower for gentlemen and thunderbolt for the wicked
The Chief Minister said that the government of Madhya Pradesh is soft like flowers for the gentlemen and thunderbolt for the wicked. He said that strict laws have been made for abuse of the innocent. Those who set evil eyes on women will not be spared. There is provision for imprisonment for religious conversion.
Chief Minister Chouhan interacted virtually with farmers of Jabalpur, Guna and other districts. He said that procurement of wheat, gram and lentils will be started on support price from March 15. He told the farmers to get registered and bring their produce and sell it when the procurement SMS is received.
Earlier, Member of Parliament and state BJP President Vishnudutt Sharma addressed the programme virtually from Dewas. The Chief Minister adminsitered the resolve to everyone to participate in the development.
Many beneficiaries receive benefits
Chief Minister Chouhan distributed benefits to many beneficiaries under various schemes. He distributed letters of approval of Rs 1 crore 49 lakh to self-help groups, cheques of Rs 2000 each to farmer Ashok Dubey and Harinarayan under Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana, house keys to beneficiary Puranlal, keys of auto rickshaw to Shafiq, shop keys to Kiran Saini self-help group, letters of approval of Rs 10 thousand to Gulli-Chetu and other beneficiaries. Jila Panchayat President Smt. Divya Ashok Singh and other public representatives were present on the occasion.
CM inaugurates feedback machine at public service centres
Chief Minister Chouhan inaugurated the feedback machines of Public Service Centres at Sagar Collector Office.
As soon as applicant Meena Raikwar submitted the application to the operator Prabodh Kumar Shrivas, the machine played an audio of a 30-second address of the Chief Minister in which the Chief Minister says that “Good governance is the priority of the Government of Madhya Pradesh, the government is more gentle than the flower for gentlemen and more harsh than the thunderbolt for the wicked.” As soon as the application process completed, the machine verbally directed to “provide Rs 40 to the operator and give feedback on the machine for its opeartion.” The applicant gave a ‘great’ grade to the operator’s behaviour by pressing the green button.
Collector Deepak Singh and District Manager Public Service Management Sagar Abhinav Jain gave information about the machine to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
