CM Chouhan flags off Smart City Bus and Deendayal Mobile Rasoi

Bhopal 07 February 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan flagged off the vehicles of the three schemes during his stay in Gwalior on Sunday. Four buses under the Smart City Scheme, Deendayal-mobile Rasoi vehicle and National Child Safety Programme includes bus taking 7 children to Indore for treatment.
Chief Minister Chouhan flagged off the Deendayal Mobile Rasoi vehicle providing food to the destitute and helpless people. Deendayal Mobile Rasoi vehicle will supply food packets at major places in the city from 10 am to 4 pm. These include Hanuman Mandir Bada, JAH Hospital Complex, District Hospital Murar, INTUC Maidan Hazira, Pinto Park and Hawkers Zone.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that better transport facility will be available to passengers through smart buses. Four new buses have been included under the Smart City project. Two buses have been sent to Bhopal and two to Ashoknagar.
Seven children sent to Indore for better treatment
Chief Minister Chouhan sent 7 children suffering from heart disease by special bus to Indore for treatment. In the first phase, seven children out of the children suffering from heart disease identified in a survey by the Women and Child Development Department have been sent to Indore. Their operations will cost between Rs 50 thousand to Rs 2 lakh. State government will bear the expenditure of the treatment of children.
