Make Efforts to Know About Dr. Ambedkar’s Qualities

Bhopal: We must make efforts to know what qualities were prominent in Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar due to which we are celebrating his 126th birth anniversary today. Revenue, Science and Technology Minister Umashankar Gupta was speaking during the birth anniversary celebrations of Dr. Ambedkar.

Gupta garlanded the portrait of Dr. Ambedkar and cut cake at Anand Bouddh Vihar Ramanagr, Takshashila Bouddh Vihar Ambedkar Nagar, Shivnagar, Vallabh Nagar and Aradhana Nagar. He offered Bouddh Vandana also. Shri Gupta distributed sweets to disabled children in Aradhana Nagar. Gupta said that Dr. Ambedkar always worked for the upliftment of the exploited and neglected category. He carved a niche for himself in the country against all odds on the basis of his capabilities. Gupta said that the government has built a huge memorial of Dr. Ambedkar at Mhow. Free meals have been arranged for the visitors there. He said that bus has been arranged for visitors from Maharashtra from Khandwa to Mhow. Revenue Minister appealed to the people to follow the path as shown by Dr. Ambedkar.

Gupta also took part in the Baisakhi programme organized at T.T. Nagar Gurudwara. People’s representatives were also present on the occasion.-WTN
