Minister Paras Jain Appeals Electricity Employees to End Strike

Jain pays Tribute to Retired Employee Dixit 

Bhopal: Minister for Energy Paras Jain has appealed to all the contractual, outsource persons and forum to join the work immediately ending their strike. He further mentioned that their remaining demands will be considered with sympathy after they resume works.

Jain expressed grief and paid tribute to the retired employees of M.P. State Electricity Board Ramnarayan Dixit on his untimely demise who went to meet the employees on strike.

In the context of strike being held by M.P United Forum for Employees and Engineers for contractual and outsource employees on their 3 points demands, deliberations were held between employees leaders and Managing Director M.P. Power Management Company and Managing Director of Central Zone Power Distribution company on April 17.

Information on decisions in writing was given to the forum mainly on 2 demands of contractual and outsource employees. Instructions were issued to the power distribution companies for compliance of these decisions.-WTN
