Decision to Allot 0.532 Hectare Government Land to NTPC Khargone

Bhopal: Cabinet meeting held under the Chairmanship of the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan gave permission for allotment of 0.532 hectare government land of village Khedi tahsil Punasa of Khandwa to NTPC Ltd. Khargone. The land has been allotted for construction of railway tracks for 2x600 m.w. electricity project fixing the collector’ guidelines for the current year on the conditions of Narmada Valley Development Authority.

The cabinet gave approval for creation of posts in Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority and to fill the posts of officers-employees on the basis of deputation/contractual basis beside numbers of sanctioned posts and proposal of pay scale.

Moreover the cabinet has decided to amend the pay scale from grade pay 1400 to 1300 of posts created for peons from the posts created for court manager and supporting staff on establishment of High Court.

The cabinet has ratified the posts of court manager and supporting staff worked constantly till March 31, 2017 to September 30, 2017 on contractual basis from the posts of court manager and supporting staff or until filling of posts of court manager and supporting staff on regular basis whichever is earlier.

Furthermore the cabinet has exempted the non government organisation Akhil Bhartiya Dayanand Sevashram Sangh New Delhi, branch Thandla district Jhabua from the provision of grant rule 1985 and to get itself register in Madhya Pradesh to receive grant for its activities from the year 2015-16 to 10 years.

The cabinet has decided to include Principal Secretary Madhya Pradesh government and Principal Secretary Madhya Pradesh Assembly together after Principal Secretary Home in serial number -30 of Order of Precedence 2011 table.

The cabinet gave its approval for Nikas Niti under the resolution passed in 33rd meeting of Board of Directors held on March 15, 2017 of M.P. Road Development Corporation Ltd.-WTN
