Vehicle drivers will be in uniform

Bhopal: Fares of Tata Magic and auto (petrol) has been fixed in Bhopal district. It has been made mandatory for vehicle drivers to be in uniform and display badge on it. Auto-rickshaw should be mandatorily charge fare on the basis of metre and metre should be in active working, as per criteria set by weight and measure department. Permit and fitness certificate will be cancelled in case of violation of terms.

Fare of Tata Magic will be Rs five for first three km, Rs nine for 0 to 7 km, Rs 11 for 0 to 10 km, Rs 13 for 0 to 13 km, Rs 16 for 0 to 16 km, Rs 18 for 0 to 19 km, Rs 20 for 0 to 22 km, Rs 23 for 0 to 25 kilometers, Rs 25 for 0 to 28 km, Rs 26 for 0 to 31 km, Rs 29 for 0 to 34, Rs 31 for 0 to 37 km and Rs 34 for 0 to 40 km. Similarly, fare for auto (petrol) will be Rs 25 for 0 to 2 km and Rs 13 for next one km. Additional 15 percent of fixed charges has been fixed for auto rickshwa as night charge. Night charge will be applicable between10 pm to 5 am.-WTN
