Process of vacating houses in Smart City North/South T.T Nagar postponed

Bhopal: It has been decided to postpone the proceedings of getting houses in North/South T.T Nagar vacated for Smart City until alternative arrangements are made. Now the process of getting the government quarters vacated will begin only after alternative houses are provided to the government officers/employees. Home Department has sent a notice in this regard to the Urban Development and Housing and Public Works Department.
It is noteworthy that government officials/employees had opposed the decision to vacate the government houses in the first phase under Smart City Yojana.
Employees had demanded to make alternate arrangements first before vacating houses.-WTN
