Provision to be made to levy fine on officers not disposing of cases on CM Helpline

Bhopal: A provision of levying fine will be made on officers not taking action on their own level about complaints on the CM Helpline under the provisions of Lokseva Guarantee Act. All divisional commissioners should constantly monitor the Gramodaya Abhiyan. It is a significant campaign of public welfare. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan issued these instructions today in Samadhan Online programme. The members of cabinet and senior officers were present on the occasion.
CM Chouhan said that programmes should be organised under Gramodaya Abhiyan in all Panchayats on coming May 31 to make benefits available to all eligible beneficiaries. Proper arrangements should be made for “School Chalein Hum” campaign starting from coming June 14. The motivators should be registered for this campaign in the districts. Preparations should be made for planting of 6 crore saplings on both banks of the Narmada River on July 2. The in-charge ministers should spearhead programmes of the development and public welfare. The ban on polythene should be implemented effectively. The work of procurement of Mahua (bassia latifolia) should be carried out properly in the districts. It should be ensured that no problems occur in payment of the old-age pension and wages of MNREGS.
Facility for registering online complaint on CM Helpline
It has been informed that the CM Helpline has been integrated with the M.P. Samadhan portal. The citizens have been provided the facility of registering their complaints online on the CM Helpline. In a survey of cleanliness carried out by the Union government in the country 20 cities have been short-listed for the award which include eight cities of Madhya Pradesh which are Indore, Rewa, Khargone, Bhopal, Gwalior, Ujjain, Sagar and Pithampur. As many as 22 thousand 220 Gram Sansand, 11 thousand 800 Mahila Sansad and 21 thousand 142 Krishi Sansad have been organised under Gramodaya Abhiyan in the state. The maintenance work will be carried out in 25 thousand schools in the state under Vidhyalaya Upahar Yojana. The information has been given on an innovation “Bank Sakhi Model” for payment of the social security pension in Rajgarh district and payment of social security pension in Shahdol district.

CM Chouhan has congratulated 10 officers for disposing of complaints on CM Helpline with the utmost percentage of satisfaction. These officers include junior engineer Shri Vinod Bhana of the Energy department, Additional RTO Sunil Gaud of the transport department, Assistant Health Officer Rakesh Sharma of the Urban Administration Department, Assistant Supply Officer Mukul Tyagi of the Food department, Deputy Director Dr. H. Chakravorty of the Veterinary Department, Executive Engineer S.K. Agrawal of Water Resources Department, Civil Surgeon Dr. A. Sinha of the Health Department, Mandi Secretary Sanjeev Shrivastava of the Agriculture Department, Assistant Engineer M. Patidar of the Public Health Engineering Department and Deputy Director Smt. Shakuntala Thakur of the Cooperatives Department.
PCCF including other officers suspended
The complaints of ten beneficiaries on Samadhan Online were redressed today. CM Chouhan issued instructions to suspend PCCF L.K. Choudhary of the Forest Department along with many other officers-employees for dereliction towards duty.-WTN
