Royalty Cheque of Rs. 4 Crore 41 lakh Presented to CM Chouhan by Fisheries Federation

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was presented a royalty cheque of Rs. 4 crore 41 lakh by the Fisheries Federation for the financial year 2016-17 at Mantralaya today. Minister for Fisheries Antar Singh Arya was present on the occasion.

It may be mentioned that the royalty rates has been revised at Rs. 5 per k.g for fishing in the reservoirs transferred to the fisheries federation. As per the revised rates, a royalty amounting to Rs. 4 crore 41 lakh was paid to the state government. The amount was collected by the Federation from the fish production in the year 2016-17.-WTN
