Oxygen production enhanced ten fold
Prime Minister Modi said that the country’s high population density and geographical diversity was a major challenge in dealing with the Corona pandemic. The people of India faced this challenge unitedly and developed their capabilities. Before the Corona transition in the country, 900 metric tons of liquid oxygen was produced, which we were able to increase ten fold when the demand increased. This is unimaginable for the world.
Each district of the country equipped with oxygen plants made from PM Care
Prime Minister Modi said that transportation of oxygen was also challenging. Oxygen is produced in eastern India, while the demand for oxygen was comparatively higher in northern India and western parts of the country during the Corona transition period. In this situation, oxygen supply was ensured at the earliest by running Oxygen Express trains and by transporting empty tankers from Air Force planes to oxygen production centers at the earliest. We are constantly working to prepare and strengthen the oxygen network to fight Corona in future. 1150 oxygen plants have been started in the country. Every district of the country is equipped with oxygen plants made from PM Care. The country is going to get 4 thousand new oxygen plants.

22 AIIMS to be established

Efforts are being made to set up AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) in every state. Earlier, only a few states had AIIMS till 6-7 years ago. Now we are moving towards achieving the target of establishing AIIMS in every state. In the last seven years, 170 medical colleges have been started. A medical college will be established in every district. Health facilities and guidance are being provided to the people living in remote villages through e-Sanjeevani App.
Every person must have easy access to his rights
Prime Minister Modi said that the India of the 21st century will move forward while meeting the expectations of the people. Now the government does not wait for people to come and narrate their woes to redress them.. Our government is changing this way of thinking. Now the government is reaching out to the citizens directly to solve their problems and for their welfare. There will be special focus on works of public interest like free ration, sending money directly to farmers’ account. We are committed to make the rights of people easily available to them.
