Chief Minister Chouhan Planted Almond and Moulshree Saplings in Smart Garden

Bhopal 26 February 2022: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today planted Almond and Moulshree saplings in Smart Garden located in Shyamla Hills. Along with Chief Minister Chouhan, Madhuri Mishra, Sushri Vibhuti, Prem Soni and Pathak of Gaura Jan-Utthan and Kalyan Sanstha (Apna Ghar) also planted saplings. Chief Minister Chouhan  also obtained information about the works of the organisation.

Importance of plants

Almonds grow more in mountainous areas. Technically, it is the seed of the fruit of the almond tree.
The almond tree has pink and white fragrant flowers. Almonds being full of fiber aid in digestion. Consumption of almonds is considered useful in high blood pressure, constipation disease and heart disease. It is rich in potassium, magnesium, calcium and vitamin E.
